Tom's Place (fish and chips) was a high profile leap onto the sustainable fishing bandwagon.<br /><br />Just a shame that particular business unit wasn't as sustainable as the fish it served.<br /><br />I wonder if his suppliers now demand COD ?<br /><br />p.s.
